Kitchen: Each student is entitled to a cupboard and a shelf in the fridge.

You will share this flat with other 4 students on average.
Laundry room: Laundry facilities available in the building. Extra cost may apply (Usually around £2 per laundry).

– Homestay special diet (Including ‘no pork’ or Halal diet, vegan, vegetarian, Kosher, etc): £25 per week
– Summer Supplement (from 1st June to 30th August): £25 per week
– Students aged 16-17 supplement: £25 per week
– Late check-in at homestay (from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday to Sunday): £40
– Extra night up to two nights: £40 per night

Facilities
You will have your own bedroom where you can relax and have your private time, while you share the rest of the house with the family.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund for Accommodation: Cancellation of bookings already made:
-6 weeks (or more) in advance before check in date: 90% refund minus booking fee £30.
-Less than 6 weeks in advance before check in date: 50% refund minus booking fee £30.
-Less than 4 weeks in advance before check in date: 0 % refund.
BRITANNIA HOST FAMILY/RESIDENCE AIRPORT TRANSFER

£60 One Way: taxi driver will wait for you at the terminal and he/she will drive you straight to the Homestay/Residence
£110 Return: taxi driver will wait for you at the terminal and he/she will drive you straight to the Homestay/Residence when you arrive. On your departure, taxi pick you up at the Homestay or Residence and will drop you off at the Airport.
